  1. I can’t wait to try this! I’ve heard a lot about the benefits of yoga and I have trouble sleeping a lot of the time. I’ve tried all sorts of medications (both natural and synthetic). I’ve tried breathing exercises and different “habits”. I’ve never tried yoga though and I don’t know why. I will put this to work tonight and get back to you with the results.

    1. thanks Layton for a visit to my site and I am glad you found it helpful. The solutions mentioned will definately solve your problem of sleep.

  2. I work night shifts for 5-6 days a week followed by afternoon shifts, my sleeping pattern is complately off and I have a hard time staying awake in the morning ater a week of night shift since my body gets used to sleeping in the morning. Working three shifts in cycles causes both problems, feeling sleepy and not being able to sleep, should one do both of these excercises or what?

What do you think I should practice and in what time?

    Thanks

    1. thanks Aleksandar for a visit to my site and your comment, doing work in shifts is a very irritating process.I think you should try both the poses ,there are no much of efforts involved ,you should try them when ever you get time, but do it empty stomach and do not eat anything half an hour before and after the exercise.
