      Tension and fatigue are also the cause of wrinkles on face and body and it is not always aging which makes us feel old.Pranayama relieves tension and fatigue and makes you look young.I am glad you enjoyed my site.

  3. Very interesting read! I didn’t know there was breathing exercises that could help with wrinkles. A possible topic to touch on in the future would be antioxidants and how they can slow the aging process, and what foods and drinks you can find those in! I know lots of fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants, but maybe look into which fruits and vegetables have the highest antioxidant content. I’d be interested in reading that!
